I am so blessed to be a Grandmother of twins, especially since all of my grandchildren are twins; one set is identical and one set is fraternal.
And they grow up so fast!
Welcome to My Site!
South Louisiana has been my home for over sixty years. Living in Slidell, Louisiana on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain, just thirty-five miles north of the historical city of New Orleans, my entire family continues to enjoy the scenic bayous and rivers, beautiful southern oaks, tall pine trees, and the fresh ozone air. Memories with my family in our once small southern town, that has grown rapidly into a city, continue to serve as the inspiration to much of my writing. And, after Hurricane Katrina, we continue to rebuild our beautiful South, one day at a time.
Retired from the Louisiana School System where I was employed as a Library Assistant and School Secretary, I now have more time to create and write. Writing children’s stories has always been my favorite pastime and I am now happy to have more time to devote to the publication of my work. I also stay very busy working at home as a Freelance Video Editor.
I am the proud grandmother (“Mimi”) to two sets of beautiful twin girls who also love to read and write. I look forward to sharing my twin adventures with you and hope to share many more.
